Product Conditions
- Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging and unopened.
- All returns must include an order packing slip clearly stating which product(s) are being returned. If this is not entered correctly, processing your return might take longer.
- We also request that you report your return within 14 days of receipt by sending us an email to info@numbglobal.com stating your order number.
- We are not liable for return packages that may be lost or stolen during transit. Please keep your proof of shipping and/or return tracking number when you return your product.
- Returns that are not identifiable will be returned to the sender if possible.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported within 5 working days after delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
- Please ensure that you return your product(s) to us in full accordance with our return policy.
- Returns that do not comply with this, that are damaged, soiled or altered can be refused and will therefore not be refunded.
- Pay attention! The return costs are on your own responsibility.
